My Favorite Marinade

Kabob Marinade
1/2 c. veggie oil
3/4 c. olive oil
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
2 T. dry mustard or mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Marinate meat and veggies of choice for at least 1 hour {my favorites are chicken or beef, with zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers, pineapple, and red onion}. You can either skewer them to make kabobs and grill, or if you are feeling lazy you can place veggies and meat on a baking rack and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes {or until meat is cooked thoroughly}. Serve with white rice... so delish!!
